Assembling a portable stage pole is a process that usually takes about 10–15 minutes and requires carrying and attaching several parts. The pole is heavy. Hence, please be careful during assembly.
Stage pole assembly instructions
1. Preparation and Base Assembly
- First, bring all parts of the pole to the correct location.
- Place the base of the pole (the white platform) in the desired position. Make sure the base is stable and level on the floor.
- Place the wooden weight plates on top of the base frame (white platform) and screw them into place using the provided screws.
- Insert all screws loosely at first and tighten them fully only after all plates are properly aligned and in place.
2. Attaching the Pole
- Connect the pole sections (two tubes) by twisting them together.
- Lift the pole into an upright position and secure it to the center of the base using the provided screws.
- Tighten the pole firmly to ensure it is securely attached to the base.
3. Final Checks
- Make sure the pole is completely vertical and stable.
- Check that the pole is set to your desired mode (spinning or static).
- With practice, assembly takes approximately 15 minutes, and disassembly about 10 minutes.
