Class Organization

Classes are held weekly. Holiday schedules will be announced on our website.

Single classes are arranged as regularly as possible throughout the season, depending on availability. We reserve the right to make changes. The association has the right to make justified schedule and instructor changes. In case an instructor is unexpectedly unavailable, we will always strive to arrange a substitute.

All classes require prior registration. The minimum number of participants for single classes is 3 people, and the class must be booked at least 20 hours before it starts. Please also remember to cancel your booking in advance if you are unable to attend.

Insurance

Students are not insured by the association, so please ensure you have your own insurance before attending a class! We recommend a personal leisure-time insurance that covers the activities we offer.

Studio Facilities

Members have the right to use the lounge area and its available services (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc.). Please keep the lounge clean and tidy up after yourself. Dispose of trash in the bin.

Open Practice

Always check the attachment and tightness of any equipment you use before starting your practice. If you notice any defects in the equipment, stop using it immediately and report the issue, e-mail info(at)novacasa.fi

Other Information

For apparatus-based classes (pole dance, aerial acrobatics), a maximum of 2 students per piece of equipment is allowed, meaning equipment will be shared during classes.

We reserve the right to temporary or permanent changes in instructors and class schedules throughout the season.

We respect others, embrace diversity, and actively work against bullying and discrimination. We are friendly and respectful towards one another and follow shared schedules.
